All personnel employed by SSI come from recognised engineering backgrounds and have worked within the oil, gas, power generation and construction industries for a number of years. All are trained to the highest levels of quality and safety and possess internationally recognised Safety Passports.

- Dedicated and professional estimating resources, the execution of detailed on site inspections to ascertain and evaluate all problems associated with the proposed scope of works, producing detailed estimates and action programmes, assessing and agreeing man-hour contents and producing, with support, cost control budgets where necessary.

- Qualified safety and quality personnel.

Local Labour
Wherever possible we utilise local labour once we have ensured that they have the necessary skills and experience to perform their tasks effectively. We also carry out in depth training to ensure that all local labour meets SSI's stringent quality and safety standards.
