SSI is a multi-disciplined refining, water and civil engineering contracting organisation providing services to the public, private and industrial sectors.
In pursuit of our mission ‘to provide quality innovative solutions, excellent service and support to our clients’ we will identify the best systems and procedures to assist our well trained staff to meet and exceed the goals we set to deliver our targets.
Every staff member employed is focused on delivering high value, impeccable projects and providing customers with the service they demand. To be able to monitor the performance of our objectives we have implemented an integrated management system that meets the requirements of ISO9001:2000.
In conducting its reviews the Management pays particular attention to the following items based on the outcome of completed contracts.
- Completion on time
- Completion within cost
- Engineering rework requirements
- Customer satisfaction/complaints
- Continuing Ongoing Improvement
- Opportunities to develop staff
The Company Management undertakes to ensure that its policy is communicated, understood, implemented and reviewed at least once per year, at all levels of the organization. The Management are committed to the continual improvement of its management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 as well as the needs of the business and its staff.
The overall management of the system is the responsibility of all staff supported by the Quality Function, which reports directly to the Operations Director.
The Company Board and Staff realise that only joint commitment to quality and its continual improvement secure the satisfaction of Customers and the future prosperity of the organisation and its staff.
