Together with our working partner's SSI can design,
install and commission your pipeline needs
irrespective of the transported media and we have
experience in working with our partners in a wide
range of pipeline designed for the transportation of
both wet and gas based product including
cryogenics (LNG).
SSI can supply highly qualified welding personnel who are all coded in the relevant welding discipline. During welding SSI's welding inspectors and NDT personnel will test all welds to ensure their integrity.
Welding can be carried out in-situ or shop based and we possess a full range of welding and ancillary equipment to ensure that project time bases are maintained. We also have close working relationships with a wide range of welding institutes thus ensuring that we meet all country based safety and quality requirements.
Pipeline Protection
In order to ensure that pipelines resist corrosion we make sure that they are protected with coating treatments specifically designed for their working environments. We also ensure that, where necessary pipelines are fitted with the correct Cathodic Protection, some of which can be integrity checked by Satellite.
Procurement
SSI can also carry out the procurement of all specialist equipment required for the pipeline initial commissioning and/or maintenance process including the supply of Pigs, Scrapers and other specialist equipment.
